Insurance Explained

We are Out of Network. Cor Sacrum professionals are not in-network providers and do not bill insurance for the counseling services we provide. The above rates are provided to help you make an informed decision.

Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement are available to clients who are serviced by a Master, Advanced, or Independent clinician. Superbills are not available for clients serviced by a student or associate clinician due to insurance reimbursement requirements. Superbills will include the clinician’s licensing information, diagnostic and procedure codes.

We cannot speak to the process of filing for out-of-network reimbursement as it varies between companies and insurance policies. We recommend reaching out to your insurance company and speak to them about your reimbursement options, stipulations, and rates. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse and thus recommend you clarify directly with your insurance provider.

Medicare will not cover out-of-network expenses and we cannot provide a Superbill for Medicare covered clients.

Payments

How do I pay my bill? We require clients keep a credit card on file, in our secure client portal. Your card will be charged after your session through the client portal. Payment is due when services are rendered.

Accepted Payments: Credit card, debit card, or HSA or FSA cards for those with Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Please contact your therapist if you are needing to reschedule your session.

Should you cancel/reschedule after that 48 hour limit, you will be charged for the session in lieu of a late fee.

“No Surprises Act”

“No Surprises Act”: As of January 1, 2022, the Public Health Service Act, section 2799b requires all health care clinicians and facilities to provide estimates of the costs of your care. This will be provided to our clients upon scheduling an appointment with us. The Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that may occur during the course of your care with us. This document must be signed and dated before your visit. It will be renewed annually and will be kept in your file. For more information visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises
